3x VG248QE - Eyefinity Locked at 60hz

Post by xatmax » 14 Apr 2014, 16:27

Hi all,

Does anyone use Eyefinity with these monitors? I cannot set the refresh rate any higher than 60hz. I am using 2x DisplayPort and 1x DL DVI. I am on 14.3 catalyst driver set. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Video cards: GB 280x xfire w/ GB 7970

Can you disable Eyefinity temporarily, and then try to set 120Hz on each of the monitors separately first?

Find out which monitor doesn't let you set 120Hz. Perhaps only two out of three video outputs work at 120Hz (e.g. one DVI cable or one DVI port is single-link, prevening 120Hz). That would probably be the cause of the problem; your refresh rate in EyeFinity is limited by this weak link.
