I think this is specifically for the XL2720T -- I've never heard of the "TZ", so this must be referring to the XL2720T, as it has no references to the XL2720Z specific features from what I'm reading. On the other hand, this is a Version 001 manual dated August, which is kind of very late for the XL2720T, but very early for the XL2720Z. Or maybe the manual is generically designed to cover both. Not sure.

These service manuals are very interesting reading!

And just in case -- I have to add this note as a kind of a disclaimer -- (for readers not aware of these) -- service manuals are often those "secret manuals" released by manufacturers for repair personnel -- and that some of these settings are potentially risky and could void your warranty (if not adjusted by one of the people that BENQ has authorized). Now that disclaimer out of the way, have fun reading! ;)

It's XL2720Z model because panel is AUO M270HTN01.0. Customer Sample 2013, Q2 and Mass Production 2013, Q3. Also "Low Blue Light" option in OSD Structure.

Aha, you're right!

This must be the first beta service manual for the XL2720Z, before BENQ decided to change from "XL2720TZ" to "XL2720Z" on certain names (e.g. "BENQ Blur Reduction").

Thank you for the contribution Q83Ia7ta!

If I am ask,
1) Why isn't there any mention of a 144Hz Vertical Frequency mode in the 3.1.7.6 Support Timings table?
2) What is the meaning of "(RB)" ? (in that same table)
Monitor: Gigabyte M27Q X

1. They don't even mention 144hz at box and manual of XL2411T. May be because they found this resolution non-optimum (but it works stable) or just hurry :) To be sure check updated BenQ manuals that proves 144hz in XL2720Z.
Who interested in benq's circuits, firmwares, software for firmware contact me via PM on this forum. I don't wanna make it public.
