Help Requested: Can't choose 3840 x 2160 at 120hz

I have a 6900 XT graphics card (advertises 4k at 120hz), a 2019 Samsung Q70 tv (advertises 4k at 120hz and shows maximum reported refresh rate of 120hz in AMD Catalyst Control Center), and I've tried two different HDMI 2.1 cables. I can't set my display properties to 4k at 120hz, even if I make a custom resolution one for it. I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In nvidia control panel it defaults to "tv", scroll down further on the drop down and select the "pc" version of the resolution and then you can select 120hz.

Maybe it's the same for AMD.

I don't see an option like that, but thank you.
