best 240hz tn display´s for high FPS shooter (no ULMB needed)

hi guys. What do u think are right now considered to be the best 240hz, tn, 24.5"-27", 1080p displays? There is a bunch of them that get recommended alot. Is there no clear winner? The max. price for me is 350€(415$). Also, what do u consider to be the bang4buck Display?

Asus VG279QM is the best gaming monitor out there, even counting with 360hz ones, but it is big and non optimal if you prefer smaller sizes (I do)
