Which va rating your isolation transformer was , and how much watt your pc was drawing ?
If you have 500va iso.tra. and your pc fraws 100 va , it will reduce less harmonics "i guess" , you want to be close to 500 va.

(Also aint with that logic , using monitor at 100 brightness will be better , for pc forget less wattage psu since hard to find low ripple 100 watt psu)

This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

It doesn't work, I tested it. the transformer improves but does not correct even 50% of the problemamorou wrote: ↑18 Jul 2023, 17:56Which va rating your isolation transformer was , and how much watt your pc was drawing ?

Re: Those who "isolation transformer" did not solve their issue
1000VA, 2 PCs connected - ~700W consumed. Zero effect.
BTW, I'm selling it, if anybody want to play with it.
