Build a rotating plank to put PC on it

Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. I saw multiple people mention "moving pc cables around / shaking them make input lag decrease or dissappear"

So build a rotating plank put pc on it , might step up with a randomized speed adjuster too.
