My BenQ 144hz feels laggy even on 144hz: Counter Strike
So basically it happens every so often randomly and that it feels stuttery even though I have 250+ fps in game. I also made sure that game is 144hz by using console command: mat_info stating its @144hz plus I checked and set the nvidia to 144hz 1024x768 stretched fullscreen. I don't know why but it feels so laggy and unplayable.

May be it's not monitor but your PC makes game feel laggy?

A
Sometimes a 60Hz monitor creates interactions that suddenly adds lag.
If so, try disconnecting it, then reboot, then try CS:GO again.
Also, what GPU are you using? Make sure max pre-rendered frames is set to 1.
Are you using a 2nd monitor that is running only 60Hz?stevenlesays wrote:So basically it happens every so often randomly and that it feels stuttery even though I have 250+ fps in game.
