Instead of input lag, how about 'latency' in general?
My thinking is that input lag is sometimes conceived in limited terms that exclude monitor processing lag, mouse lag, network lag etc.etc.
While display lag is probably of most interest to monitor nuts, we already have one interesting that about mouse lag that taught me a new thing or two
