Is this Motion Blur

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

I'm at a loss to understand what this is (see attached screen recording).

If MB, my monitor pasted the Blur test... My framerate matches my refresh rate, 60/60

PC:
Windows 11 Pro 23H2
i7-8700
Radeon RX550

Monitor:
Vizio V555-J01 TV

Looks like you enabled some kind of 3D mode or something intended to be used with 3D glasses? lol.
