Does blur reduction remove blur if FPS < Hz??

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, Turbo240, ToastyX Strobelight, etc.

I'd like to use blur reduction in games that are not called "CS:Go" ...

144 hz/144 fps is almost impossible in any brand new game without turning down details, ESPECIALLY on 1440p monitors, although this Samsung is 1080p, unless you have high end video cards. So I'm really not sure what target this screen is marketed as. I suppose it's just for CS:Go and Overwatch and MOBAS, I guess...

Why wouldn't they at least make 120hz strobe?

There is big market on 144Hz monitors: "cybersport" titles like FPS ones, racing, football. All of them requires no so premium videocards to achieve 144fps.
