strobelight brightness to high at 10%? vg248qe

Hi all,
I"m using the asus vg248qe with strobelight (amd gpu). I always use 10% which is the lowest setting, but I still find it to bright. Is there a way to decrease the brightness while strobing? The monitor always runs on 0% brightness in the osd. When strobelight is enabled the monitor becomes brighter. Is there a way to use 2% brightness for example to reduce the brightness en may increase the benefits from strobing?
