Acer XB270HA 27" 1080p 144hz

Talk about NVIDIA G-SYNC, a variable refresh rate (VRR) technology. G-SYNC eliminates stutters, tearing, and reduces input lag. List of G-SYNC Monitors.

Overall picture and colors seems much better out of the box than my older monitor the BenQ XL2410T which I could only get looking good with an ICC profile.

Scan just got the AOC G2460PG in stock, but would you recommend it over the Acer XB270HA 27"? They are both around the same price range but i am not sure which one will have the better picture quality and black levels.

I guess you would have to weigh up the 1080p at 24" and 27" as other than that they both should deliver great results, I'm very happy with mine and love the screen size, have you got a shop nearby where you could view some different screen sizes? It would also depend on your sitting distance from the screen.

You can also negate some of the issue by using nvidia dsr, which I do use in some games and it works well, not great for fast paced games but elite dangerous for instance looks much better scaled in a higher res.

To be honest with you I don't think I would mind the fact that the difference is 1080p 27 inch or 1080p 24 inch, what I do really care about is colour quality and black levels, I am aware that u can't get amazing black levels on today's monitor technology unless its VA however I really hate to buy a screen that has "Gray layer of washed out effect" over the colours or extremely bright blacks, because that would make playing games like Outlast or Skyrim a poor experience.

This is what I am truly afraid of so I like to know which of these 2 produce the better picture quality overall.

Hello, it is going to make 1 month that I have this monitor and unfortunately yesterday I changed colors "warm" and "cool" and I do not know any more which are the values by default. Factory reset does not work for these values.

To change the values, it is necessary to maintain the button quite to the left + the button power. Later it is necessary to go to the menu acer and to click the icon F which appeared..
Can you give me the values for 6300K and 9500K?
Thank you

Is the XB240H currently the cheapest G-Sync monitor available in the US?

Can't find the AOC G2460PG anywhere except Microcenter, and even there it is $449 with in-store pickup only. The Acer XB240H is only $399.99 + $10.53 shipping from Amazon, which I believe makes it the current lowest price G-Sync monitor.
