If you use in-game Nvidia Reflex this cancels out Nvidia control panel setting to Low-Latency, so would ignore that and use Reflex where possible.

try Reflex On + Boost (auto-caps the framerate to properly suffice G-sync) you're doing already a pretty good set up, though test if V-sync ingame may not be better than the driver, else always use the driver one.
