Help me pick my new monitor, really struggling here!

I have been struggling with this for months and just want to pick and buy right now!

I really like the idea of an IPS panel with Gsync, but £600 is too much, looking at around £340 so...

For gaming (not twitch so much, more elite and watchdogs type thing) and desktop in equal measure, would love the colours of an IPS although never really complained about my current synsmaster 204BW.

I have a i7-4790 and a GTX780 so I am thinking around a 24" with a 1080 resolution would be best so I don't compromise frame rates...?

Really looking for some advice here because I am sick fed up being indecisive.

I know it's not IPS but if it makes it any better the Colours on my Benq XL2420G using gsync are really not that bad at all but I've only have to compare with a few "cheaper" IPS pannels. The only problem will be really dark games because the maximum darkness is not the best. Just make sure you use gsync or the colours are pretty horrid.

got one myself and Im happy with it (had to install colour profile from Acer website to get good colours).

I eventually went for the AOC http://us.aoc.com/monitor_displays/g2460pg m it came today, very pleased with it!
