Re: Benq xl2420G Gsync | Turns on Vsync
Gsync requires the frame rate to be lower then the maximum refreshrate of the monitor. are you saying that the frame rate is capped under 144hz when you have Gsync on? because that's suppose to happen.
Re: Benq xl2420G Gsync | Turns on Vsync
Yes its capped at my monitors refresh rate but i have just seen a post Nvidia allows for Gsync plus no vsync now, and Gsync will still work

Re: Benq xl2420G Gsync | Turns on Vsync
Gsync will work if your fps is lower then your refresh rate. that setting just allows for your fps to go out of the Gsync range and just display normally. (Don't use it and cap your fps below 144~)
Re: Benq xl2420G Gsync | Turns on Vsync
What about capping fps AND turning vsync off?
Re: Benq xl2420G Gsync | Turns on Vsync
Well even with Gsync on and Vsync of on CSGO it still butter smoother but you don't get that feel of input laglexlazootin wrote:Gsync will work if your fps is lower then your refresh rate. that setting just allows for your fps to go out of the Gsync range and just display normally. So ill just leave it like that, Because using classic mode i see what appears to be inverse ghosting a "WHITE BLUR" off some player models when turning left and right with AMA on HIGH but with using the Gsync part of the monitor i don't see it also has better color
