GSYNC and overdrive

With gsync should i activate overdrive of the monitor (AOC G2590PX) pc monitor tells the best setting on that is overdrive medium, but i don't know with gsync if it changes something

You should notice less input lag, but with the cost of less stable image when in motion. Ghosting; colors "creating tracks". Also, the less is your fps bellow your refresh rate, the most you should notice that disadvantage. In games such CSGO, which you can easily reach fps greater than 200, you would't notice much ghosting even at the maximum overdrive level
Levels depends on each monitors of course. In my case: Alienware 2720HF 240Hz freesync/gsync compatible.
