Do SED/FED monitors have a native resolution?
Do SED/FED monitors have a native resolution?
Do SED and/or FED monitors have a native resolution similar to LCDs, where other resolutions are simulated via pixel stretching which creates blur or are they like CRTs, where there is no native resolution and switching resolutions does not add blur?

Yes, thin display (SED, FED, LCD...) has native resolution while CRT not native resolution because CRT is analog.
