LG 42LD520 42-Inch 1080p 120 Hz LCD HDTV
It says 120Hz but it games in 60Hz
Is this LG monitor capable of updating to 120Hz?

Re: Is this LG monitor capable of updating to 120Hz?
Most HDTV's can only do 120Hz for the purposes of frame rate conversion (e.g. Motionflow converting 60Hz->120Hz), and not natively directly from an external 120Hz digital.
However, there are some exceptions. See HDTV Overclocking HOWTO: True 120Hz from PC to TV.
