ls24d390hl overclocking AND black frame insertion

How much ls24d390hl can be overclocked pcmonitor review shows pverclocked to 72hz. can anyone here tell if it can go higher without degradation of quality and frame skipping? Apart from that can any one tell me how to insert frames into my monitor screen overall using software. I want to try and see how bad it is using on low hz and to see If I add black frames after every 2nd frame instead of frame. it is usually done normal frame+ black frame , I want to try normal frame+ normal frame + black frame sequence. And who knows this might be better than nothing or full black insertion.
