Asus MX239H Overclocking Help.

Talk about overclocking displays at a higher refresh rate. This includes homebrew, 165Hz, QNIX, Catleap, Overlord Tempest, SEIKI displays, certain HDTVs, and other overclockable displays.

Asus MX239H Overclocking Help.

Post by Endomous » 23 Jun 2015, 07:14

Hey guys. I'm pretty new to this kind of thing, but I was wondering if there was some way I could get past this limitation while overclocking. The native on my particular panel is 60hz. I was able to go up to 74hz but anything past that gives me an "Out of Range" error. Is this really the maximum capability of overclocking my display or am I missing something?

(Note, when I choose "LCD - Automatic" on ToastyX's software, I think it switches back to Manual on its own. Because that's what it shows when I view the resolution.)
