CRT monitor

I overclocked my CRT monitor so I can play on a high refresh rate
here are the setting I used in the nVidia panel:
Model is Belinea 10 80 80 and in the spec sheet it's stated that horizontal refresh max is 121 KHz
(http://drivers.hu/drv/belinea/monitor/108080De.pdf)
167hz is the max I could get on low resolutions (even 640x480)
The problem is that I sometimes notice some skipping
Is it possible for a CRT monitor to have frameskipping?
I made a video at 120fps slow motion with my phone while doing the testufo frameskip test
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tHDV7rF6M4
but I didn't find any frameskipping in it even when slowing the youtube video to 0.25 speed
am I just seeing things?
is it possible that the monitor can't keep up with such overclocked refresh rate although it "allows" it?
