Re: Some Question about USB and TIMERS

1.Is usb 2.0 better for mice than usb 3.0? the device (mouse or keyboard) determines what will use usb2 or usb3, for change this you must change mouse firmware. all another better or worse base on the driver implementation in the operation system. usb3 root hub has its own driver implementation for...

Re: Lost on setup for Rocket League

I want to be faster. you need to use special medication. this wrong place to request, no one helps you with this. I’m simply not arriving at the ball a split second before the enemy. a split second is 500ms? I need to be milliseconds faster. 5ms will be enough? They can arrive at the ball a microse...

Re: Lost on setup for Rocket League

first make a question to yourself, why old cinema provide 24 FPS only and we were completely happy and going deep in the movie?
today we have 10000000fps and still, feeling picture is fake and no life inside, completely unsmooth. why?? ;)

Re: internet latency & effects on hit registration

the most affected gameplay experience is jitter, this will say for you any game developer or network engineer.
I see 6ms jitter at starlink speed test, this type of network connection is garbage for network multiplayer, in summary with 50ms delay, you will mad I am guarantee.

CSGO uses a toggle for movement.

+moveleft
+jump
+speed
... and so on.

It is going to "hold" the action while the key is pressed. It didn't depend on repetition for anything.
Just disable the repeating option; you can still move perfectly.
you are absolutely right.

Re: Is there a benefit of having a very high-end modem/router when using ethernet to game?

the very high-end modem has the name cisco router, all another is garbage. Not true. I work on Cisco routers daily and have a professional network infrastructure at home with isolated networks for gaming and streaming. There are plenty of routers that are exceptional. I really like Ubiquiti persona...
