Try changing color , vibrance and gamma in nvidia control panel , then lower monitor brightness and contrast. Make sure to keep a good distance between the monitor and your face. I had this same problem and now i just love the monitor. Except for the ghosting and trailing.

Have you experienced ghosting and trailing in this monitor? Or is it completely ghosting and blur free for you in games.

Going through something similar myself. I have 2 gaming monitors (144hz Nd 240hz) which i have tried seperately and i am supposed to get blur free and ghosting free experience on them but both are ghosting and smearing in games in an identical fashion , so something is wrong in my system too drivers ...

Does this monitor have severe motion blur issues ?
Can a faulty hardware introduce motion blur?
This monitor is supposed to be extremely fast and have little motion blur or smearing
