yea that sucks , try to find every hot-plug in your dump and disable it, then u can check with live usb and command i provided , if u dont want to install linux

on Linux u can check by using this command "sudo lspci -vvv | grep -EA20 "Root Port"
If it says Slot- you are running in Built in (correct) mode, if it says Slot+ its in hot-plug mode .

actually at my best peak 1.6 times , i was using unstable 100 fps dropping to 60 with 75 hz monitor and steelseries kinzu 500hz.
But i got something , tested both Linux and Windows and its so fucking flaweless. But i want more people to test.

Don't look for the solution on Linux, it's completely unnecessary.
If u have floaty mouse, etc, then its EMI/RFI, bad grounding, and return noise from neutral wire
Linux is actually a lot better for seeking for solution, especially when it comes to cs2 performance thanks to native vulkan linux ...

sooo guys, sorry for that rmw post. turned out to be placebo. i was deep into ram tuning, trying different subtimings, and the fps boost on the 14700k just happened to line up with it. but fps are just fps — the core problem stayed.
