i guess it depends on game, win32priority makes no difference for me in cs2, but it makes huge in old opengl games such half-life , 1.6 , quake live... Disabling threaded optimization makes 0 fps difference on my setup: 5800x3d + rtx 3060 ti so i guess any modern pc should have not problem with it. ...
