Moral of the story - Capping is great but use capping strategically. Correct capping strategy is trading a bigger-lag for lower-lag. It's easy to make a mistake and trade lower-lag for bigger-lag. We just have to avoid doing that. - If possible, avoid frame rate situations that randomly slams again...
