Do not modify the timer resolution for games and again, I'll have to be the one to advocate for 8k every time, there is no reason against using it unless a specific game has problems. AFAIK timer res and polling rate have nothing to do with each other but even if we look at a theoretical ...

It starts off wild with calling Windows spyware and bloatware while using a modified version that brings no improvement to telemetry over open source scripts, and also has zero performance or latency impact over regular Windows.

Well since you are using rawAccel I assume you are not using m_rawinput 1 but 0?
Also might be because firefox forces a lower timer res perhaps.
Try and turn rawinput on and see if it's the same that rules out alot of weird "windows" things.

Yep, it does. I have the same in cs2, whenever im recording or streaming over shadowplay i never can aim fast enough as the aim has noticable delay and feels heavy/clunky. Thats why shadowplay is OK for casuals but not for professionals or competitive players. ALSO the shadowplay input lag ...
