Let's hope that it doesn't suffer with that gsync brightness flicker at the low frame rates etc that my last two monitors have suffered with.

Does that get tested at all?

Difference between g-sync on and off under 30fps

I don't see much if any difference under 30fps. Anyone else have the same experience? I have native G-Sync.

I suppose that when you get to 20 to 30fps that everything looks pretty ***p either way.

Does the Dell AW2521H suffer with the Gsync gamma flicker at 30ms with Gsync?

I own an omen x 25 native gsync monitor which is listed as 0-240hz vrr yet I get slight gamma flicker when the framerate times are at around 30ms but basically when the ms is 30+. I just wondered if these new ips native gsync monitors have the same issue still. I've read that article about it only h...

Re: old pc had no gsync brightness fluctuation, new pc has

Thanks again chief blur buster, this will be my last post on this thread as I have obsessed over this enough now. I appreciate your responses and your time. I've messed around with my settings a bit more and I seem to have alleviated a lot of the issue. I turned off vsyn in game and on in nvcp and I...

Re: old pc had no gsync brightness fluctuation, new pc has

I must admit that the things causing the brightness issues (bringing up an I game menu or loading a game) I find that the more I do it the less invasive the brightness fluctuation is after a while. Like the monitor gets used to it. My settings are currently vsync on in game and off in nvcp but also ...

Re: old pc had no gsync brightness fluctuation, new pc has

Thank you for your reply. I do understand what causes the issue. From the sounds of it. If I'm more sensitive to it then what ever gsync monitor I get I will most likely notice this issue in. I might give the cru program a try but like we both kind of said it most likely won't help. I still don't un...

Re: old pc had no gsync brightness fluctuation, new pc has

I performed some further tests. It seems that all games that I have played so far has brightness fluctuation to a degree as I may ahve already mentioned. I enabled xbox game bar and used win+g keys to bring up the overlay. In all games the overlay will appear wwhen fullscreen optimizations are set t...

Re: Please help, I have an issue with new monitor Aorus FI27Q (black dots dropping down vertically in the middle)

Don't rma it of you've fixed it. Technology isn't perfect. There's a chance that this happens on some other brands of monitors too. Most people won't know as they tend to use their monitors native resolution. Obviously your monitor and others with that monitor have noticed that the monitor itself is...
