Do you have background RGB software running? Quit them. Some are great (near zero resources) while others are CPU hogs. Try rebooting Windows while holding SHIFT as Windows starts up, to prevent background system tray apps. See if that improves things. My system is optimized, i don't have any bloat...

My motherboard is emitting static noises when i move my mouse, i tried all usb ports, swapping the mouse ( g pro wireless, razer viper, zowie fk 2 ), i tried to disable the audio, removing the headset, unplugged the monitor, nothing works, i got this static noise in the bios too

I want to apologize, after enabling, disabling a few more times, I think SMT on works fine. It must have been some bug that made games not feel smooth. But def I fixed it by changing SMT off/on I guess, because I didn't change anything else

special k is tanking my fps like crazy in many games, for exemple in Ori and the will of the wisp my fps dips to 120 and stays here, without special k its a smooth 240fps at all time
