hello guys i finnaly found out what causes the tearing and stuttering in cs go on my computer.
maybe i can help others with this after trying 1000 of possible solutions and 0 workt for me
this is on a high end gaming pc with a 240 hz monitor

Thanks for the responses guys , today i did a clean install again, And just as normal. I installed steam , and when i startup cs go for the first time its smooth and no tearing. ( even iff i dont change anything in game or nvidia , the second time its not smooth , I only now. Cs go installs direct x ...

* when the lagg/tearing is here.... even with bots in offline mode itt laggs
