I've had the same issue (also for Oculus Rift usage).
The Swift will accept 60, 85, 100, 120 and 144 - and generally also +/-1 Hz for each of those (so 59 or 61 work, 58 or 62 don't).
But for what it's worth, 85 actually seems to work perfectly fine and let Rift software run at a smooth 75 fps ...

120 fps + ULMB on the Swift is absolutely amazing and worth the TN tradeoff for me.
Now if only this thing wasn't so... unreliable? Sometimes it refuses to go fullscreen, sometimes it randomly forgets how to do GSYNC, or ULMB, or 144 Hz.
Seems to be related to having multiple monitors connected ...

My Swift was delivered today, so I can confirm they're definitely out there (in Austria at least)

Re: News on the ROG Swift (PG278Q)
Most of the preorders are for the MSRP (799€, yes that's more than 799$ but prices for electronics are pretty much always 1:1 between $ and €)

Re: News on the ROG Swift (PG278Q)
Well, there's a German retailer that has it listed as "in stock", and several that expect to get it on 25th.
So it does seem to be available in Europe, just not everywhere yet.
