please search how Twisted wire can reduce the EMI
more twisted wire length mean it will reduce more EMI
if people who have this problem can make long twisted cable with one plug at the end for the PC and the Monitor maybe it will help.

last test is to use off grid power and be sure to cut the power off from all the house be sure every room have no grid power. no power entering your house then use the off grid power like a inverter Generator or Battery only for the Pc and the Monitor if doesn't fix the problem then must be a radiat...

people why you don't try inverter generator 1k watt very small not very expensive to rent one for few days to try it be sure its inverter because regular generator have very bad power can damage sensitive equipment if this doesn't help mean its not the electricity its something from the air or from ...
