Re: Monitor is very hot and mouse movement is not as smooth as controller?
I've noticed that in black ops 3 there is an option call mouse filtering which when set to 10 makes the mouse movement super smooth Couple of questions regarding this: 1. what exactly is it doing and is it possible to universally apply across all games? I tried mouse accel in windows settings but t...

Re: Monitor is very hot and mouse movement is not as smooth as controller?
I've noticed that the bottom of my monitor screen (the bottom covered bezel of the panel itself) gets alarmingly hot. It's the same as holding a severely overheating phone in your hand. It's a dell sd2716dg. It's normal for electronics to get warm or hot during operation. The manufacturers probably...

Monitor is very hot and mouse movement is not as smooth as controller?
I've noticed that the bottom of my monitor screen (the bottom covered bezel of the panel itself) gets alarmingly hot. It's the same as holding a severely overheating phone in your hand. It's a dell sd2716dg. Also, I've gone through many different mice through the past months and have notice none of ...

Can an old PSU result in frame stutter and input lag? +monitor suggesstion
If you haven't seen my other posts, basically long story short, a new psu is the only thing I have not yet tried in order to fix my stutter eyestrain issues. I currently have a 7-8 year old EVGA 1000 watt PSU. EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 220-P2-1000-XR 80+ PLATINUM. The question is, how exactly do you de...

Re: Unsolvable Stutter/Eye Strain
Did you solve your problem? also, did you change bcdedit commands? such as tscsync and platform clock Still having issues to this day. I left the pc off for a month after the initial post and when I turned it back on, it felt better for a few days and then went back to unusable for no reason. Didn'...

QPC Issues and G-sync stutter
How do I fix a QueryPerformanceLatency of 10.0000mhz? I've tried everything to get it back to the 3.22270 mhz I had before. I'm not sure why but I just booted up my PC one day and it simply refused to be anything other than 10.0000 mhz. I tried disabling HPET in device manager and using the followin...

Re: Vsync/Gsync not engaging?
Make sure you read: https://blurbusters.com/gsync/gsync101-input-lag-tests-and-settings/14/ Generally you wanna cap your frame rate to -3 fps below your max refresh rate. Could you verify if Gsync engages on the display? There should be a menu listing what mode it is using to confirm it is at least...

Re: Vsync/Gsync not engaging?
Make sure you have display scaling set to GPU and make sure the application is in fullscreen mode. That usually results in 9/10 times Gsync to work. I also add the application I want Gsync in to the Nvidia control panel and make sure Monitor Tech is set to the mode I want it to. I've found old appl...

Vsync/Gsync not engaging?
Hello, It seems my dell sd2716dg cannot engage vsync/gsync for some reason. Even though I have them both on, I still get nausea inducing micro tearing and stuttering. I've also tried Vsync on Gsync off but I still get bad tearing and stuttering. I've tried reinstalling different windows versions and...
