I would say no. There's no reason. Unless the 240Hz monitor has better characteristics than your current one. But the refresh rate difference alone isn't going to get you anything.

Is there any reason for me to get a 244hz monitor if i cannot get over 150 fps in most titles? The things i care the most about are input lag and motion clarity.
