Picture Mode Standard
XL2420Z 120Hz ICC Profile

The monitor is only flicker free when strobing is OFF.
All blur reduction strobing backlighits flicker by nature. Some people are sensitive to it.
CRT's handle this slightly differently (even though that's also a stereoscopic display) which is why most people didn't get headaches at 120hz+ on CRT's ...
