Fluctuating voltage or frequency is the basis for complaint to your electricity provider. Especially fluctuating frequency can really mess your electronic devices so check your contract and contact them but firstly I would record some evidences. Mouse is having input lag, but when i disconnect it and plug it in it's gone for 10 seconds and comes back.
I suspect this might be an electricity issue, mouse feels heavy and varies on the day. Feels better on the night rather than the day.
I'm also living close to a laundry room.
My current PSU is from a factory built computer from HP, it's 310 watt. Could an upgrade be a possible fix for this?
