Re: It's over.
But at the same time, these people NEVER tested their systems. There is no logical explenation for why this would happen. The only thing could be, that they have some kind of compatibility issue. Maybe they used a incompatible ram kit with their CPU and mobo. Maybe they used a bad power supply. May...

Re: Weird dropouts in mouse tester
Had same kind of issue but with wired one (lamzu atlantis mini), tried "shielding" with aluminum foil by just putting it around it and under the desk just right below mousepad :D. Didn't think it'd make any difference, but mouse feels kind of snappier. Guess it's because of wifi's around my apartme...

Re: It's over.
I have a Latency Tool and I found out, 90% of all the tweaks are placebo. Human mind can actually easily add 50ms of "placebo lag". Just debloat windows (Uninstall all useless AppxPackages, Apps), disable all power saving features, set interrupt affinities, set devices to msi mode, disable memory c...

Re: Input Lag - USB Ports connected to CPU
Hey, the Chipset USB connectors should be decent in handling your mouse and keyboard. Just make sure to put your mouse on a different USB controller then your keyboard. You can put your keyboard on a USB 2.0 port and Mouse on a USB 3.0 port. I actually tested the USB controller latency on my ryzen ...

Re: Why does a fresh install of Windows is offering the least input lag?
Placebo. Why should windows "degrade" after time? (unless windows update is messing something up) If that would be the case, then what happens after 2 weeks? Constant blue screens and 10fps? This is not how PCs work. Either your PC is unstable, or something different is going on. ye placebo just se...

Re: DIY Arduino Latency Tool
Hey, I just randomly stumbled over this post. I build the same tool myself. There are only 3 concerns with your setup. 1. You're using a photo resistor. There is a second variant of this LM393 light sensor, which has analog output and a photo transistor, instead of a photo resistor. Using a light tr...
