I am the founder of that problem. It’s caused by turning on custom color settings.
Do you mean when "Color Temperature > User Color" is used? Does it get more aggressive with or without it?
Yup, any other color temp does not cause overshoot, only user color cause overshoot.

How come some users report different overdrive behavior outside strobing? One have severe amounts of overshoot at highest overdrive level (Ultra Fast) and others don't. My first assumption was it's due to disable/enabled VRR but I'm not sure if that is the case. No overshoot: https://i.ibb.co/hR2ZW...

Ozone DSP24 240 960pps https://youtu.be/liQSs3D01EM Ozone DSP24 240 1080pps https://youtu.be/Siupd0reQk0 Same panel than Itek but better tuned. Same horrible OSD buttons. Better QC, all Iteks tested have a junk pixel. Ozone is clearer than VG258QM and Itek. The white lines in the black column must ...

Re: ViewSonic XG2431 Discussion Thread [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS with Best Strobing]

I have this monitor sitting in front of me right now, alongside my Asus TUF VG259QM with 120 OD settings enabled. As far as total response time is concerned, the Asus TUF seems slightly faster, but that is probably a placebo effect. Has anyone done a response time analysis of the ViewSonic yet? If ...

BOE with another update on their progress, this time in announcing updates to the transistor array for their panels that seems to have broad applications for getting all panel types beyond 500Hz: https://wccftech.com/boe-reveals-27-inch-fhd-500-hz-gaming-display-the-worlds-highest-refresh-rate-ever...

Re: ViewSonic XG2431 Discussion Thread [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS with Best Strobing]

I did some early impressions a few pages back. I think I'm about 2 weeks now with it and I've decided to switch full time to the XG2431 over the Omen 25X TN which is said to be one of the fastest 240hz TN. I've been comparing the two very closely over the past weeks. + My eyes strain is almost comp...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF

Thing is back in the days the norm is 60hz. Now it’s 144hz. So the average enemy probably will likely be using a 60hz panel giving your VG248QE a chance. Comparing xl2546K to xv252qf no big difference? Hello? There’s a huge difference even a blind person can tell. having had side by side xl2546k an...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF

U guys don't mention anything about the low input lag of this monitor. Reminds me of TGLTN pro PUBG player that was ranting pretty hard in his stream after he had to play on a sponsored IPS 360 hz Alienware on a Korean PUBG tournament and lost early on. TGLTN ranted that he does not care about beau...

Re: Fastest 240hz tn panel

But between the qz and the new 23,8 Asus , what is the best? Mostly for csgo none of those, i'd pick vg259qm so strange that a old panel like the asus are better than those 2 `new` monitors , one using the same panel than the viewsonic , thinking on the 240hz ZU from aoc them.. i have to come back ...
