Re: [EVE 4K 144Hz Spectrum] Blur Busters Strobe Tuning! (KSF but better than plasma, has 50Hz+60Hz single strobe)
Does this monitor support 240Hz at 1080p? Not this model, no. You may wish to wait for the 1440p240 model to be shipping, if you want something that supports a Strobe Utility. Actually I want to jump up from 1440@144Hz both in spatial and temporal resolution :D I guess I was being greedy. Chief why...

Re: News on the ROG Swift (PG278Q)
At last it's easily available in Poland. Got mine yestarday. Inversion artifacts are extreme unfortunately especially in 3D but can be seen in 2D as well :( . Gamma is shit out of the box (too washed out, can be fixed in nvidia control panel), panel uniformity is acceptable for me. Rest of monitor i...

Re: Anyway to replicate Low Blue Light mode on Asus Swift?
Why not simply set it to warm color preset? Or custom with blue reduced to ones taste.

Re: News on the ROG Swift (PG278Q)
It was paper launched in Poland by Asus Poland on 6th august for 2999PLN MSRP - that's with all applicable taxes included in price (about 959.43USD or just about 780USD without VAT). Still not available to this day physically anywhere and even if you can order prices start at about 985USD (3 retaile...

Re: 4k@60Hz and 1080p@120Hz
I am interested in 4k native lcd monitor not tv and I am not interested in downsampling. It seems like this would give best of both worlds. I really miss CRTs with their various resolutions and refresh rates.

Re: GSYNC is dead [or is it?]
From this very faq there are ranges of supported refresh rates: 36-240Hz, 21-144Hz, 17-120Hz and 9-60Hz I find this very strange since G-sync is limited to 30 Hz to avoid flickering and inversion artifacts and those do start to appear to about 35 Hz. Going all the way down to 9 Hz sounds like a rea...

Re: GSYNC is dead [or is it?]
I have read that fist monitors with Adaptive Sync are expected to show up in 6-12 months timeframe and AMD will be ready with appropriate drivers to support them. What I wonder is if Adaptive Sync will still have polling mechanism or some sort of completely asynchronous operation. EDIT: http://techr...

VESA just announced Adaptive Sync. If you didn't buy monitor yet then hold on.
