No, I do not think so? The VG248QE that I've had for six years hasn't degraded in any way except colors. I do think that has something more to do with the sun exposure of my panel.

PG259QN has a GSYNC module. If u want to use it with AMD gpus just enable it in Radeon Software and in monitor OSD ( G-SYNC Processor ) if available. U can quickly enable "FPS Counter" inside OSD, play the game and test if it works. Thats the problem. I can only activate freesync in radeon software...

So this monitor is supposedly compatible with freesync. But I cant see the option on the monitor, only in radeon software.

Zero difference, i have tested both. PG259QN felt better overall so I went with that.
