USBc Might be the issue
Disable onboard USBc also disconnect case USBc from MB if you have. Once i did this mouse feels fine even after while stays same something up with USBc

It not game of software its hardware interference with CPU at higher frequency. IDK why but narrowing down to AIO/wires behind CPU then accidently at random redoing paste when diffent brand fixed issue. It really easy to try it out seen if helps anything else. Problem is the AIO i looked at hardware usage when lag happens its CPU. I separated power wires that connect to block/pump so nothing touching in back of case worked great but started feel off when opened web browser once i closed browser did nothing felt fine again. MB fan controller polling causing mouse lag
If you use MB onboard fan controller every time it hit set point it will cause CPU polling and result mouse feel off. I went in set DC static speed per fan and no more weird mouse when poling fan speed change due to temp changes. Also if you have 3 points like this move them all way back. https://i....
