Did you try an older driver or the 511.72 hotfix? I ask, because some G-SYNC Compatible users on the Guru3D forums were reporting similar issues with the 511.65 driver.

I don't know why but when the windows is shut down, it disables "1ms motion blur reduction." Also, when opened the screen when it is off, windows make a "input" sound like that of when we stick USB into it. Is there any way to fix this?

1 -- You can use a Custom Resolution Utility and create a more divisible resolution like (23.976fps * 6) or (24.000fps * 6).
