Does anybody know what the factory presets translate to in the strobe utility? ex. response time conversion to overdrive gain value

Is the strobe utility for XG2431 supposed to default to 1 strobe pulse? Anytime I boot my pc and open the application or force close and open it again the strobe pulse defaults to a value of 1 rather than 0. Anybody have a fix?
