I think the petition is still incomplete to be published . Consider adding some additional, advanced info or famous links docs, forum topic etc (like mouse / inputlag is killing me).

And, at the same time, keep it simple, so many people can understand it and don't read much, before sign / skip.

I don't think this is the cause. A fresh installed windows also has this issue.
