Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Is there a way to change the brightness when VRB is enabled? VRB extreme is too bright for me and I would like to lower the brightness level but it instantly turns VRB off. change it first......... I've tried this but it has no effect whatsoever. Eventhough when I set the brightness first to 0 and ...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
I just dont think these caliber of techs should need "tricks" to fix things. It's only gonna cause more hassles down the road when i want to upgrade to something better and need to sell what i have. 360hz is problem free, but 390hz is nothing but problems. Which to me is not intended so its defecti...

For flickering issues you can also try this which seemed to solve the issue for some people: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqnGeEQJQdc.

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Started getting screen flickering again with 390hz :(. Have no issues with 360hz. Have tried: - Latest drivers and older drivers (currently older 471.96). - Set custom resolution and manual timing. - Set OpenGL rendering GPU -> my GPU (RTX 3070Ti) - this worked for a couple of weeks but now it does ...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Anyone else not able to change brightness when VRB is enabled? The brightness is way too high for me when I put VRB on Normal. If I change the brightness (low or high) then VRB gets disabled automatically. Same thing happens with VRB on Extreme. On Extreme the brightness is OK for me but on Extreme ...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
I really have problems in cs go to spot enemies compared to XL2540. Models do not stand out from backround somehow. Everything so dark and colorless. Maybe the Zowie was the other extreme and I need to adapt? Playing/aiming feels really good and I would like to keep the acer. Can someone share sett...

Re: Acer 390Hz monitor - XV252QF
Been using this monitor for a couple of weeks now. My eyes are slowly getting used to IPS colors after using TN panel for 10 years :D Was pretty blinding at first. I've been playing mainly CS:GO with Overdrive = Normal, 360hz (imo it is a bit more clear than 390Hz), VRB mainly Off as it tends to hur...

Re: ViewSonic Now Shipping XG2431 as of NOW!!! [Blur Busters Approved XG2431 - 24" 240Hz IPS]
Asked ViewSonic if they have any info about selling this monitor in Europe: "Sorry to say, but the XG2431 will not be released in Europe, as of current plans. Suggest to move up to a 27”, for XG270 with 240Hz like the XG271QG with G-Sync Elite: https://www.viewsonic.com/global/products/lcd/XG270 Or ...
