Benq xl2411t supports Vt tweak?
hello, just curious, I tried 1500 and got white lines across the monitor but it works with 1350 120hz but no idea if it actually works, since it supports 144hz just want to be certain.

I manage to flash the edid, funny story, power went off in my house cause of storm and then next day DVI port was working, it seems i had to turn off the power from the monitor after flashing.
Benq xl2411t has no eprom protection, you can flash it ez with edid-rw

Ty for the reply, the monitor doesn't work in bios or windows, it works only when i install amd drivers and then its all grey out, cant change res etc. Once i EDID override i get my monitor back, all resolutions and 144hz. I need to update drivers? back to edid override and now windows has signature...

ty ofr the replay, i emailed Benq and the first time they send me the EDID for all ports but now that im on Ubuntu i can flash it but it aint working cause the monitor is protected. hello so my benq shows has non pnp display monitor, i alrdy used a custom edid in windows to get full resolution and frequency even though it only works in windows. i want to fix this so i installed linux and used edid-rw and it show me which sector was bad, it seems its only changing 0*29 for 0*d6 ...

shuffle, If you are right, then it is time to claim the monitor warranty. It's certainly not supposed to do that (if you've already reset the monitor via unplug-then-replug, and also gotten the correct drivers). If it normally did that on all LightBoost monitors, then simply using 3D Vision damages...

LightBoost is built-in part of 3D Vision. It is a feature that is designed to function, and does not damage the monitor. hey like the title says the hack is not safe to use, it will ruin your monitor.. if you have a good panel you are OK but if your panel is like mine you will soon have to buy a new one. let me explain. the hack works with less brightness then the original monitor and tends to show the horizontal line...
