How much motion blur does an 8.3ms & 6.94ms persistence reduce from 100%?
I always assumed 8.3ms reduced OLED motion blur by 50% or about 50%, since 8.3 is nearly half of 16ms. Which you'd think would mean or translate to a 47% reduction in blur.

So Quest 2 has a sub 1ms motion persistence @100nits. Does that also apply to the Quest 3 as well? With RetroTink4K i'm assuming I'll be able to get the motion persistence down to 6.2ms for 24 & 30fps, since that's what the C1's Motionpro High is limited to, for 60fps content.
