Re: Are my service menu settings at optimal for PC FPS gamin

There's a link in one of the older threads. Look for the forum title that says XL2411Z V4/XL2720Z V5 You can flash with the official mstar ISP device that Benq uses at their service centers: http://www.cart100.com/Product/5278188206/ (this can also 100% recover from any bricking). Or you can use Li...

Re: Are my service menu settings at optimal for PC FPS gamin

You should update that firmware to V4. You can improve the too aggressive overdrive settings of both blur reduction on and off, that way, and it does make a difference. (check my main post on the general section. Even though the XL2411Z doesn't gain as much improvement as the XL2720Z when you do th...

Any way to switch input modes quicker with xl2411z?

I have my xbox one hooked up to my xl2411z and I game on my PC as well. Is there a quicker way to switch from HDMI mode to DI mode instead of going through sub-menus by clicking on each button on the monitor? also when i go from gamer 2 mode from the xbox one back to my pc, I have to manually select...

Re: Added new profile but still too dark

Did you use the pixel clock patcher? If pixel clock exceeds 330.00 MHz, all custom resolutions are ignored with that change unless you patch the dvi pixel clock limit first ! if you mean this http://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-NVIDIA-Pixel-Clock-Patcher then yes I did. I am not sure when I di...

Added new profile but still too dark

I have the BENQ XL2411Z So I did the 1502 cru utility trick when adding a XL2420Z profile, as I'm told that one has good colors. Problem is, the screen is still a bit dark to my liking, even with brightness turned to 100. Strobe Utility is set to 1.5, i dont want to go higher. The weird thing is, no...

Monitor auto brightness change on PC boot. hard to explain..

Hey all, hard to explain but... I have a BENQ-2411z and have had it for several months. I use blur busters strobe utility and also have blur reduction turned on in the monitor itself. When I turn my PC on an boot in to windows 8, the screen/desktop looks like a nice decent setting but after30 second...
