You are chasing a ghost if you have the anomaly input lag/desync. Unless you have some other issue or mild input lag.

You should be permabanned instead for bullshitting, I literally have a report from power company about harmonics at two locations, and guess what at the one location where there are no harmoncs it works perfectly fine, but at my home where the values are increased it works like shit during the day ...

I can only give the generic answer here, that any kind of underclocking and resetting would cause a positive change but only for a while.
