My asus vg259qm just arrived today. Its firmware is MCM106. I am very happy with it. However, later I noticed a dead pixel (actually dead green subpixel) on the left side. I have exactly the same question in my kind. I am just buying a monitor these days. I can't decide between vg259qm and vg279qm. I will only buy for CSGO. So 25" will be better. But according to rtings.com, vg279qm has no added latency due to BFI, but vg259qm has some. So, we can't say that "Asus VG2...
